Tasting Notes

First impressions of pineapple and citrus zest continuing on the palate enhancing the full-bodied feel of minerality and lime nuance through the mid-palate following to a sublime finish of vanilla and almonds. This substantial wine pairs beautifully with cream sauces, poultry, Salade Niçoise, Alpine Swiss or herbed Brie cheese. Will cellar through 2023.
