Tasting Notes

Sumptuous notes of bing cherries, black stone fruit and huckleberry with coffee nuances blossoming into a palate of black cherries, plum, espresso and a hint of saddle leather, blueberries  and violet lingering into a spicy finish with satisfying firm tannins. Great accompaniment to rack of lamb, standing rib, game, poultry and Edam, goat, smokey cheddar  and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses. Will cellar through to 2023.
