Tasting Notes

This Tempranillo’s smokey aroma with hints of black cherries and spice augments the balanced mid-palate of dark cherries, pepper, currant and cinnamon finishing with substantial and lingering notes of anise and Montmorency cherries with well-structured tannins. Pair with paella, roast pork, turkey, grilled mushroom medley and root vegetables as well as a Camembert and Havarti cheese. Will cellar through 2024.
